Many offices have someone who is the glue that holds everything together and for us, that's Charlotte Burch. When she's not nose-deep in bookkeeping, she's assisting clients, colleagues or our investigators with a multitude of tasks.
When you call our office, there's a good chance Janet will be the one to pick up the phone. She takes new assignments, coordinates calendars, processes seminar registrations and is overall a helpful resource for our clients and investigators alike.
